YouTube will no longer allow creators to make money until they reach 10,000 views

It's a bad news for new YouTubers but what exactly does it means

In fact Every organization , Company etc has right to change its Terms , Policies as Google changed a few months ago. The Change is mad by Google-owned Video Site YouTube in YouTube Partner Program That is now " Get reviewed after reaching 10,000 views  " .
It means that YouTube will no longer allow creators to make money until they reach 10,000 views.( The rule change is meant to weed out bad actors ).
The YouTube Partner Program lets creators monetize their content on YouTube. Creators can earn money from advertisements served on their videos and from YouTube Red subscribers watching their content.

It was Five years ago when YouTube opened their partner program to every YouTuber. This was a really awesome and big deal: it meant anyone could sign up for the service, start uploading videos, and immediately begin making money. This model helped YouTube grow into the web’s biggest video platform, but it has also led to some problems. People were creating accounts that uploaded content owned by other people, sometimes big record labels or movie studios, sometimes other popular YouTube creators.

Therefore Google has changed its role and now every new creator need maximum 10,000 View to make money with Google-Owned Partner Program.
YouTube also said that

Get reviewed after reaching 10,000 views
Upon reaching 10,000 views, your channel is automatically reviewed to make sure it complies with the YouTube Partner Program terms and our Community Guidelines. We'll email you a decision, usually within a week.

Note: This is for New Creators not for existing users
